Thus, Anglo-Swiss Advisors LLC is responsible for the collection, processing and use of your data and is committed to act in full compliance with the revised Swiss Data Protection («revDPA») and EU General Data Protection Regulation («GDPR»). 

The protection of your personal data is a top priority at Anglo-Swiss Advisors LLC. The term "personal data" in this Data Protection Statement to shall mean any information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify any person. 

This data Protection policy is meant to inform you about what data is collected on and how it is used.

3. Collection, use and processing of personal and company-related data 

3a. General processing of personal data 

We primarily process personal data that we obtain from our clients and other business partners as well as other individuals in the context of our business relationships with them. 

These data are kept in our CRM. Furthermore, you agree that your data may be used for advertising (newsletters/update) purposes. If you do not agree to the use of the data for these purposes, you can prohibit this at any time by writing to philip@anglo-swissadvisors.com by e-mail. 

Before entering any business relationship and insofar as it is permitted to us, we obtain certain personal data from publicly accessible sources (e.g., public registers, commercial registers, press, internet). 

3b. Data processing when visiting our website 

By visiting our website, certain data is automatically stored on our servers for system administration, statistical or backup purposes. We only process personal data if this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our contents and services.

We primarily use collected data in order to conclude and process contracts with our clients and business partners, in particular in connection with our activity as an Introducer. 

If you have given us your consent to process your personal data for certain purposes (for example when registering to receive newsletters or carrying out a background check), we will process your personal data within the scope of and based on this consent. Consent given can be withdrawn at any time, but this does not affect data processed prior to withdrawal. 

5. Profiling and automated Individual Decision-Making 

We do not process your personal data automatically with the aim of evaluating certain personal aspects (profiling). 

6. Information, deletion and correction 

You can request information about your data stored by us at any time. We ask you to send a request for information by e-mail to the address below. Together with the request, proof of identity is required at the same address.

Stored data will be deleted by us when it is no longer needed for the stated purpose. 

With regard to the deletion of data, it should be noted that we are subject to certain legal obligations which provide for a retention obligation for certain data. We have to fulfil this obligation. If you wish the deletion of data which is subject to the statutory retention obligation, the data will be blocked in our system and only used to fulfil the statutory retention obligations. After expiry of the retention period, your request for deletion will be complied with.

We will keep your data secure and therefore take all reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, unauthorized access, misuse or alteration (such as training, network and IT solutions). Our employees and contractual partners who have access to your data are contractually bound to secrecy and compliance with data protection regulations. In some cases, it will be necessary for us to pass on your requests to companies affiliated with us. Your data will also be treated confidentially in these cases.

To facilitate the use of our website we use so-called "Cookies. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are temporarily stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive and are necessary for the use of our website . 10. Retention periods for your personal Data

We process and retain your personal data as long as required for the performance of our contractual obligation and compliance with legal obligations or other purposes pursued with the processing, i.e. for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, during the performance of the contract until it is terminated) as well as beyond this duration in accordance with legal retention and documentation obligations. 

Personal data may be retained for the period during which claims can be asserted against our company or insofar as we are otherwise legally obliged to do so or if legitimate business interests require further retention (e.g., for evidence and documentation purposes). As soon as your personal data are no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, they will be deleted or anonymized, to the extent possible. In general, shorter retention periods of no more than twelve months apply for operational data (e.g., system logs).
